Spirit Cheer is the perfect introduction to cheerleading, helping children build confidence, coordination, flexibility and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions focus on the foundations of cheer through dance, jumps, motions, basic stunts and performance skills, all designed for younger children learning to work as part of a team.
